A Sampson County native, Janette has been with Southern Heritage since she began her journey as a real estate broker in 2020. In early 2026, Janette took ownership of Southern Heritage. As a leader, she takes pride in being able to advise her brokers when questions come up or they need extra guidance. But mostly, she enjoys teaching her team, whether it be effective marketing strategies, negotiation techniques, or overall how to succeed in their real estate careers.

Alex Tyndall

Born and raised in Sampson County, Alex grew up like most, doing farm work. From the young age of 8 until he could drive, he worked with local and family farmers. He has a great appreciate for our farmers. He spent over 20 years in retail and management, which led him to real estate, what he loves doing most of all. Over the past 5 years he's worked with buyers and sellers in anything from land, residential, and commercial.

Victoria has been with Southern Heritage for nearly a year. She loves Eastern North Carolina and is passionate about making others feel at home here, too. Her favorite thing about real estate is seeing the excitement on her clients' faces when they find a home they fall head over heels for.
With a background in interior design, she is a great resource for her sellers in staging homes to make them really shine.
